Elie Levine, MD

Dr. Elie Levine is co-owner and co-founder of Plastic Surgery & Dermatology of NYC, a comprehensive facility in Manhattan offering a full range of integrated skin care that caters to the aesthetic needs of the whole family.  Here, Dr. Levine practices plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Levine graduated from Columbia College, with a 4.0 GPA, earning the distinctions of Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude.  He then attended the Yale University School of Medicine, graduating Cum Laude, finishing in the top 10% of his class.  Dr. Levine continued his training at The Mount Sinai Medical Center, first in General Surgery and then in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  Dr. Levine completed an Aesthetic Fellowship at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. 

Dr Levine holds appointments at The Mount Sinai Medical Center and The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.  He is an Associate Adjunct Surgeon in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and an Assistant Clinical Professor at The Mount Sinai Medical Center. 

Dr. Levine has published scholarly papers in prestigious plastic surgery journals including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Annals of Plastic Surgery and the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery. He has been quoted by many popular magazines and internet resources as well.

While Dr. Levine has expertise in plastic and reconstructive surgery, he specializes in aesthetic surgery, including facelifts, neck lifts, brow lifts, eyelid lifts, rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation, breast lifting, abdominoplasty and other forms of body contouring.  In addition, Dr. Levine has advanced expertise in minimally invasive procedures including fat grafting, Botox, and cosmetic fillers including collagen, Restalyne, Juvuderm, and Radiesse. 

Dr. Levine believes in a surgical approach that is unique to each patient’s aesthetic needs, combining classical and innovative methods to cosmetic restoration, all done with a caring, personal touch.  Dr. Levine firmly believes in the power of rejuvenation surgery to recapture and restore each patient’s youthful look, while preserving natural beauty. 

Dr. Levine resides in Manhattan with his wife and business partner, Dr. Jody Alpert Levine, and their four children.
